The National Customer Satisfaction Index-United Kingdom () is an independent national benchmark of customer satisfaction. The national NCSI score, representing aggregate customer satisfaction across a broad swath of the UK economy, is updated quarterly and serves as a key macroeconomic indicator of the health of the nation’s economy. The measured companies and industries are broadly representative of the consumer economy serving UK households. Smaller companies are grouped together in an “all others” category for each industry. The reports scores on a scale of 0 to 100.
